Your subscription renews each cycle — monthly, or yearly on annual plans — and your card is charged based on your active agent seats. You get an email receipt for every charge.

Common questions
What counts as an "active agent seat"?
An agent account that's active in your workspace during the billing period. Deactivated agents don't count, and manager accounts are always free.
Will I be charged automatically every cycle?
Yes. You consent to recurring billing once, when you subscribe. After that, each cycle is charged automatically to your saved card and you get an email receipt. You can cancel anytime and no further charges are made.
Is my card information safe?
Card details go directly to Xendit, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor licensed in the Philippines. Cashew never sees or stores your card number — we only keep a payment reference.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the Billing page. Annual billing is 10% cheaper and renews once every 12 months.
Does the free plan need a card?
No. The Free plan needs no payment details at all — you only add a card if you upgrade to Growth or Business.
